NEXIS is looking for a highly organized, creative, and hands-on individual to join us as an Academics and Events Coordinator. This role is focused on enhancing the on-campus experience for our students by delivering seamless academic support and curating engaging, experiential learning events.

While our Admissions and Events Coordinator manages outreach and admission-focused events, this role is dedicated to events, workshops, and classroom experiences for enrolled NEXIS students.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🎓 Academic Coordination & Classroom Support

• Assist faculty in academic delivery, including planning, logistics, and classroom execution.
• Handle day-to-day preparation for in-class experiences, assignments, and activities.
• Ensure that every session runs smoothly—from content readiness to student engagement.

🧠 Experiential Learning & Internal Events

• Lead and coordinate academic workshops and hands-on sessions designed for the NEXIS batch.
• Conceptualize, co-create, and execute events that promote real-world learning, collaboration, and creativity (e.g., simulations, student panels, business games).
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership to bring curriculum to life through live, engaging formats.
