Are you someone who loves connecting with people, organizing meaningful events, and shaping student journeys? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Admissions and Events Coordinator to join our core team at NEXIS School of Business.

This role sits at the intersection of student outreach, parent engagement, school collaboration, and event execution—and is crucial to helping students discover what NEXIS can do for their future.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🎤 Outreach & Engagement

• Conduct school workshops and student sessions to introduce NEXIS and inspire interest.
• Lead teacher engagement programs, building lasting relationships with school communities.

📞 Counselling & Communication

• Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound counselling with students and parents.
• Guide families through the admissions process, addressing queries and concerns.
• Host and manage online webinars, virtual info sessions, and campus visits.

🎪 Event Coordination

• Lead all admissions-focused events such as N18U18, SharkTank, NexConnect, etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain event calendars, logistics, registrations, and feedback systems.
