About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Events, who will also serve as a Resident Faculty member in one of our academic domains.
You will be the driving force behind events, extracurricular activities, and student well-being, ensuring that NEXIS fosters a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
Parallely, you will be responsible for leading academic delivery in one of our core teaching areas i.e. Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Business Strategy, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Head of Events
- Plan and execute day-to-day events on campus, fostering a lively student experience.
- Ensure seamless coordination for college fests, sports events, social activities, and gym facilities.
- Oversee and enhance extracurricular, cultural, and student engagement activities.
- Organize networking opportunities, industry interactions, and community-building initiatives.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders for guest lectures, industry events, and collaborations.
Faculty Responsibilities
- Teach in one or more academic domains based on expertise (e.g., Business Strategy, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, etc.).
- Mentor students in professional development, leadership, and career-building skills.
- Contribute to curriculum development and experiential learning programs.
