No, the 3-year undergrad program at the NEXIS School of Business is a full-time, on-campus program in Siliguri. We have a 7500 sq ft modern, new campus with an opt-in residential facility available in tie-ups with several PGs.
We offer financing options to ensure that finance is not a barrier if you are selected. We have partnered with Axis Bank to provide educational loans at low interest rates, without collateral, and with additional moratorium benefits. Additionally, we offer semester-wise payment plans, allowing you to pay fees in installments at the start of each semester.
No. This is an opt-in residential program. We've partnered with nearby PGs and hostels to offer comfortable, secure accommodations facilities for students who wish to live close to campus.

The NEXIS School of Business welcomes students who have completed their Class XII exams in 2025 or earlier.
At NEXIS, students will be evaluated on the following criteria:
Academics and Eligibility
Class XII marks from a recognized board (e.g., CBSE, ISC, WBCHSE) are required. Students with or without Mathematics are eligible. However, there is no cut-off for Class 12 Board marks.
Comprehensive Profile Evaluation
We evaluate academic achievements, extracurriculars, leadership, community service, and personal experiences.
NEXGen Test
A 45 minute on-campus aptitude test that assesses skills for business management and a mindset for excellence. It is followed by an interview cum discussion round where we assess whether the student is coachable, ambitious, and fit for the 3-year Program at NEXIS.
To apply for the scholarship, students must first give the NEXGen Scholarship Test.
Merit Scholarships:
Scholarships are awarded based on test scores and range from 10% to 100% of tuition fees.
Additional scholarships will be given based on a comprehensive profile evaluation and the respective scholarship requirements.

BYOB is an 8-month program within the 3-year UG program for aspiring entrepreneurs, where students learn to run their own startups. With access to a Startup Incubation House, dedicated access to VCs for funding opportunities, monthly workshops, and 1:1 mentorship from industry leaders, students develop and scale their business ideas.
They pitch to investors and, if successful, have the opportunity to grow their business post NEXIS.
This BYOB program is not a separate one but a part of the course itself. It is not compulsory to undergo the same.
At NEXIS School of Business, we offer two distinct batch timings to accommodate the diverse needs of our students.
- Morning Batch: 9am to 1pm
- Evening Batch:12pm to 4pm
Students are required to maintain a minimum of 60% attendance to ensure active classroom participation and engagement.

Such students must submit valid documentation and obtain prior approval from the academic team to be considered for flexibility.

Yes, students can still apply at the NEXIS School of Business even if their board exam results are not yet released. We understand that the results may be pending, but they can still proceed with the application process. Yes, if you are currently in the first year of your college, you are eligible to join the NEXIS School of Business program.
However, please note that you would need to be admitted in the first semester or Year 1 of the three-year Undergraduate program as the credits earned in your current program may not be transferable to the NEXIS School of Business.
